Eiphar Synapse
Eiphar Synapse is the commanding officer of the Albion. He's rather
an older man but has skills that any well developed officer should have. He commands his crew responsibly but
he isn't so up tight as most Federation Captians are. He is an honorable man, he finds the situation involving the Delaz
fleet to be conflict of interests for him. Although he is loyal to the Federation, he takes part in the mutiny onboard
La Vie En Rose by assisting Kou Uraki in stealing the unit 03 for use against Anavel. Overall, he displays a wisdom of
age and has experience that proves to be invaluable to his crew.
