Anaval Gato, or also know as "The Nightmare of Solomon" is an ace pilot for the Dutcy of Zeon.
He earned himself the reputation of being one of the few survivors to flee Solomon. Eventually all of Zeon
fell under the Federation's massive attack. Only a few ships remained on the side of Zeon however, they were all scattered.
A man name Aiguille Delaz gathered together a large portion of those Zeon ships. Aiguille and Delaz gathered and organize
as much of the remenants of Zeon for three years. The Federation did realize that a few Zeon still remained but they
thought that it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, they were proven wrong in the situation.
Although the Federation felt that they were at peace, they still continued to make new mobile
suits and new technologies thus the Gundam Development Project was formed. This project focused on developing 3 Gundams,
one which was illegaly equiped with a nuclear warhead. Anaval Gato managed to steal the GP02A, however, Kou Uraki
came after him in the GP01. After Kou failed to stop him, Gato took the Gundam to Solomon which was under the Federation's
control and destroyed ship consisting of a large portion of Federation Forces.
By now, Kou and Gato's relaationship reached it's head. Kou and Gato engaged in a fight
with their Gundams. Both got destroyed in the battle but the pilots survived.
The Delaz fleet then launched another surprise attack by attempting a colony drop. Desperate,
the Federation tried to use the Solar Ray. However, Anaval destroyed some of the mirrors using his mobile armor.
Inside the colony, Nina finds Gato making the final adjustments to the colony. Kou walks in and Nina is forced to make
a decission between the two.
In the end, Anaval and the remaining forces of the Delaz fleet, in an all out attack against
the Federation.
